Patient’s presenting complaint: She was concerned about the position of the upper incisor which was totally out of the arch. The position of upper incisor was corrected, also improving the buccal corridors, crowding and crossbites.

Patient’s presenting complaint: The patient was concerned about the large overjet between the upper and lower teeth that caused lip trap of the lower lip, due to excessive tilting of the upper incisors.
